Welcome to Windy Bar Ranch
In the 1850s, my great, great grandfather, Christian Klein, began raising cattle in Gillespie County, Texas. Fast forward about 130 years to the 1980s when I began to raise Wye-bred cattle at our ranch in Stonewall. Since then, we have gone to great lengths to produce angus beef that is not only well-marbled, but also very tender. This combination provides the best-tasting beef possible.
